Banana Yogurt Drink
Serves: 2
  • 1 cup plain full-fat yogurt (I use Greek)
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • 1 large banana, peeled and broken into pieces
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup, optional *
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth, about 30-60 seconds. Pour into airtight containers (I use mason jars) and chill for 30 minutes before serving.
* The maple syrup is optional depending on the type of yogurt you use. Omit if you are using flavored or sweetened yogurt.
