Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth, about 30-60 seconds. Pour into airtight containers (I use mason jars) and chill for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
* The maple syrup is optional depending on the type of yogurt you use. Omit if you are using flavored or sweetened yogurt.
